Yes, I bought it for a large inflatable snowman but it wasnt powerful enough. Probably fine for a 4 foot one.

What in the minium dc volt operating range?

I'm using it at 6v and it is working perfectly for my purpose (Powered air respirator). Below 4.5v it struggles.

Good fan at a good price
