Love this stuff
This dip mix is a big hit at parties. At first, I was a bit wary of adding the mayonnaise called for in the instructions but it does add a bit of extra creaminess. We use this for dip and to drizzle on tacos. The heat is subtle but definitely there. We first had this dip at a potluck in the 1990's when living in Nevada and I have not seen it sold in stores here in the Midwest so I'm happy it is now available for purchase online.

Amazing green Chile mix
Since we have left Colorado, we have missed green Chile.This package of green chile mix goes with everything. I have poured it on top of chicken in the crock pot for chicken tacos.The flavor is intense and mouth watering.Tomorrow we are using it in tamales.I highly recommend!

This is my absolute FAVORITE dip EVER!! I have shared it with others and had them go crazy wanting to know where to get it. It has the BEST flavor! I'm actually thinking it would go well as a seasoning in various southwestern dishes.

Nice dip mix
Lived in Arizona and New Mexico for many years, so green chile was a staple in the kitchen. This makes a good dip for chips, though I add chopped green chile to punch up the texture and flavor.
