Crack Stix 2061 Concrete Joint & Crack Fill, 1/4 D, 225ft

The one I received didn't last but for two small jobs. For some reason the outer grip will not turn to release bit stuck inside. Had to use pliers to release the bit. No rust. Not sure why they don't have the specs listed here, its ridicules and makes choosing the correct part difficult.
