Since my large Tefal pan died, scratched and warped, I have been searching for a replacement. We're a family of 6 and recently moved to a new house with a ceramic hob (which I don't recommend), and it turned out to be very difficult finding a large frying pan that gets hot enough, or distributes the heat evenly, beyond the coil area. I bought and returned 4 pans. Here's the list: 1. Large paella non stick pan - did not get hot enough, and was completely cold outside the centre circle. 2. Carbon steel pan - I may have just not been able to season it properly, despite following all instructions, but the food would always stick. Also heat distribution wasn't even on the ceramic hob. 3. Aluminum pan with marbled non-stick coating - Did not get hot enough at all, unusable for searing meat. 4. Stainless steel pan - This was a good pan, but too much work and oil involved. You have to get it to the right temperature, not too cold and not too hot for it not too stick, and worst of all, you have to use a lot of oil, which I'm trying to avoid on a diet. Finally, I decided to try this stainless stell base non-stick coating Ninja pan. It's simply perfect even on my ceramic hob. Gets really hot, really fast, and the heat distribution is incredible. I sear chicken breasts all the time and I can fill the pan with them and they will all get an amazing crust at the same time. No stickage at all, and super easy to wash. Can't speak to durability yet but will try to remember to come back here and do after a while.

Over the years I have bought a lot of frying pans ranging from very cheap to very expensive. The non stick surface has always failed. This pan is completely different. I have now had it for some time and it is like new despite using it daily. It is used for everything including browning meat on a high heat. Nonstick surface is like the day I bought it. Exceptional product that I would thoroughly recommend.

Really happy with this Ninja 5-piece pan set overall. You get three saucepans (16, 18, and 20cm) with nice glass lids, a milk pan, and a 24cm frying pan – great mix for everyday cooking. They’re super lightweight, which I wasn’t expecting from stainless steel, and the non-stick is genuinely impressive. I’ve been using them on my induction hob with no issues at all. They heat up fast and evenly. Plus, they seem really tough and no scratches even with regular use. That said, the outside of the pans does mark quite easily if you’re not careful. A few water spots and some tarnishing started to show after a few washes, even though I hand-wash them. Doesn’t affect how they cook, but a bit annoying if you like your pans looking pristine. Overall though, they cook brilliantly and feel built to last. Just treat them gently and they’ll stay looking good too!

This is the second set I’ve now bought. Going into a new house and my parents don’t want me to take them with me. Work amazing and retain heat well as they have a good weight to them. The sides do get a bit hotter faster than the bottom as I’m using a gas burner. Use the size of the larger one for meats/ bigger cooks and the smaller is perfect for eggs in the morning. Love the ability to just pu the whole pan in the oven. A lid with the set would definitely not go a miss and make this probably the best value set on the market right now. The bottom does need a bit of polishing sometimes with steel/ copper pads but this is the build up you get on any pan on gas burners. Treat your non-sticks well and they can last much longer.

These are tough pans, easy to clean and heat evenly. I can see why metal utensils can be used on them, but not pointy or scraping ones.

Used three times already showing signs of wear and chipping. This is a dangerous product. I wa s careful with it. I can only imagine what would happen if I used the dishwasher. AMAZON would not let me return it because I don't have a printer

Ninja Zerostick is working well and cooks faster on lower heat to previous pan and nothing sticks.

Die beste Pfanne, die ich je hatte. Nichts brennt an, brät perfekt.
