Excellent and very effective
This is one of the best things I purchased. Like one of the other reviewers mentioned, this is more effective than the foam roller in reaching the deeper muscles around the spine area. I have become a fan of this product the moment I used it for the first time. A few years back, I used single lacrosse ball or tennis ball on each side of the spine. At the time, I imagined if somehow 2 balls can be joined so I can massage both sides of my spine at once with more effect using the weight of my body. This product has made my dream come true. Thanking the manufacturer for making this product. Hope they will continue making more creative products like these.

I am so happy w this product it is amazing. I have used it a lot and I am happy w the results. I was in a car accident and my physical therapist recommend that I get one and I am glad I did. I loved how they sent me instructions on how to use it the day before it arrived. I bring it to work and I will bring it for my 13 hr flight to Australia. Not as nervous of back pain on the flight as I was previously. Thank you

Effective, good quality massager
Perfect for back, shoulders, neck and many other trigger point release areas. It is such a great size, weight and rubber material to work effectively. No comparison to using a tennis ball, this works and does not slip around like a tennis ball. Definitely recommend!

This is exactly what I was looking for!! The perfect material that is hard enough without being too rough on the upper parts of my neck or the psoas muscles (compared to a wood one I had been using prior). Super affordable. Would recommend to anyone with muscular, myofascial, or spinal issues.

This is a great product! It comes with a drawstring bag & is just as pictured. I've always used tennis balls to relieve back pain, which is annoying- trying to keep the balls in place. This solves that in one simple stroke of common sense.
