Bought this so I could stop scratching my baking pans. Works great on pies and brownies, and doesn't leave a mark. Even better, it's a good weight and washes up really easy.

Great Little Knife. This was perfect for slicing pie on a non-stick Gold Touch pie pan. Cut cleanly and didn’t require sawing and it didn’t tear up my lattice-topped blackberry pie. It sees small but was perfectly sized for my 9-inch pie.

This knives is certainly functional but the finishing work on the non cutting edges are just ok. Some little pieces hanging off of it that the Pampered Chef item does not have. Cutting edges seems ok though and function not really affected. This was cheaper than some other options though and if you are not looking for pretty, this could be the knife for you to avoid damaging nonstick pans.

It is a great knife. I always meant to order one, and I finally did. It is sharp and it goes in the dishwasher, and it cuts lettuce with a breeze.

I’ve always had problems cutting brownies, pies and cakes. I made some brownies for church Sunday night and was I ever surprised when I used this knife for the first time! The brownies sliced perfectly. The way the blade is shaped and the thickness not only cut straight through but made a definite separation between the brownies. I highly recommend this knife and I’m thinking of ordering more for gifts! I give this 5 stars ( I couldn’t get one of the stars to fill in for me).

UPDATE: the seller offered me a free refund, and for that I have given this two additional stars for customer support. Holy crap I cannot believe I spent this much on a plastic knife. Not even high quality plastic, it's just cheap plastic with imperfections all over it. It's sharp, and likely way sharper than it needs to be (I just want to cut baked goods in the nonstick pan). I'm having a hard time really justifying this cost right now, so I might just send this back and use a plastic knife from Burger King.

Worked well to cut my pie that I made in a non stick pan without the worry of scratching the surface of the pan.
