I recently had a flat foot reconstruction surgery, which involved replacing a tendon, shifting my heel back into place and rebuilding the arch. For the first four weeks I was in a splint, then went into a boot at week 5. I tried several different types of socks before finding these. These have worked the best for me. Enough cushion to to provide some comfort, but most importantly, they stayed cooler especially at night while sleeping. I definitely recommend them. Just be careful with the velcro on the boot. It will pick the sock.

This item kept my toes warm but not much support in them to be honest. Fine under my fracture boot.

Received in post today. Just two pairs for it looks like size 2 feet. Tiny , very tight at top! Waste of time!
