Madison Park Laurel Comforter Set Queen Plum

Love the look, definitely looks more expensive than it is. Comes with some cute accent pillows, I chose to add some of my own as well to complete my look. The comforter and pillow shams are beautiful. The comforter is not heavy, very soft.

This comforter has a soft underside. The top has a but of a sheen to it and is a coarser fabric than the underside. i have read complaints of this. But it is simply so that the tuck and pin effect is more striking and the corners are stiff enough to hold corner shape like in photos. Is a gorgeous plum color. Very good price. The piping is not white. In some photos it appears to be white but it is actually light silver which worked perfectly with my accents. Comes with a dust ruffle and shams and also three decorative throw pillows in different shapes. These are purple and light silver. Shams are also the pin tuck material. I use plain pillows in these for decorative purposes only so they will not need to be washed every few days and wind up faded compared to the comforter. I got this set as it was on sale and to put inside a duvet cover. It works well for that but we like this set better than the duvet cover set and wound up using this set instead. It is made better. I recommend flicking it into place rather than tugging into place to smooth simply because pin tucking can pop stitches. I havent had this problem but i am not excessively violent with ut either. I read complaints of this. Which could be reinforced if neccessary but so far after almost two months of daily use i have not had any issues. I wanted to include photos with natural lighting to help people make the choice if this was right for them but I am not seeing an option to do so. The pin tuck look also helps hide wrinkles as significant other is a violent sleeper and crumples the comforter to the foot of the bed nightly. Is very warm. I wanted something fluffy and this is fluffy which looks great when making the bed but will be too much in the summer. I plan to use a lighter blanket as a cover as it looks so good when the bed it made. It definitely holds the corners up like in photos because of the fluffiness and top fabric. Wash in cold water and line dry. Any fluffy comforter will bunch in a dryer if not done properly. Especially a large size comforter. Measure mattress and how far you want it to go down the sides. I ordered a size larger because of having a double pillow top mattress so the mattress is very thick and i like my comforters to drape down the sides.

I had to order two different sizes; the first was a Queen size too big for Queen size bed and it was missing a bed skirt. I ordered full-size everything was there and it fit perfectly. I returned the Queen size but put it in the full-size box by mistake. When you open the box the picture will show full size, but everything is Queen.

I love the comforter set; however, when the package arrived, it was missing the bed skirt.

Poor quality

I bought this comforter set because I have one like it in a different color, and I love it! It's beautiful and the underside of the comforter is pretty soft. If it's anything like the one I already have, it will soften after a few washes. The only thing is that it said a 7 piece set, but it was missing one of the decorative pillows. Not a deal breaker, but it should have come with it.

Purchased for home staging. The pin tuck things did not come loose. It was very soft and supple. Could lie on it without anything ripping apart. The pillows are great as well. It seemed a little small to the left and right. It doesn't look cheap or like crepe paper. Just very fancy. I mean you get what you pay for, and I was perfectly fine with the purchase. I wouldn't sleep overnight with it over me. But it's not too heavy if you choose to. I fold it over at the end of the bed. Of course I had to preface this with: it has not been washed yet! Kind of hesitating... -"-

The off white, mint green, and gray look so good together. There's a bedskirt Included that I didn't use but it's straight not pleated, nice. I bought silver gray pillow cases to match as well. High quality sheets. Almost silky, soft.

Not only was this comforter set poorly made, with uneven stitching and rough, uncomfortable material; but when I went to return it they offer an option where Intelcom will come pick it up, package it for you and send it back with no cost to you.The first attempt, they tried to run out the clock by not picking the product up for return and having zero communication, until I finally called them and threatened to have Visa reverse the charges. Then they were magically able to come pick it up the next day!After that fiasco, they DID charge me for return AND they didn't refund my payment to my card AS STATED, they just gave me an Amazon gift card instead.I am beyond disappointed, and will be contacting Visa to reverse the charge anyway. They can keep their stupid gift card.

After I ordered, then read and people say that's UT not soft, it is not microfibers, but as for the material is easily rips when you pull it. As for me I've got no problems with ripping or anything. It is fancy and the sheen of the material, rich looking and it's would be a nice gift. I'm pleased, nice and worth the money I've had it for 2 weeks and no ripping or too hot. I'm a cool person this is light yet not too warm, yet good for all year arond

Good quality, perfect colour. Still not large enough for my bed thought buying California King would easily cover bed but stillnot coverage. Kept it and struggle every day to adjust sides to fit.

Unfortunately the quilt is very poorly made. It requires a great deal of time and effort if you want to enusure it is as beautiful as the picture. I had to reinforce every stitch where the material was gathered; as well, I had to sew through to the underside of the quilt in order to secure the stuffing of the quilt. Also, it defintely needs to be steamed. Took me a full day of work but ultimately I did get it looking as beautiful as the picture; however, I would not recommend purchasing this item at this price.

Product looks like the photo but both to comforter and pillows are incredibly scratchy. The underside of the blanket is soft which is good, but lying on top of the blanket feels awful.
