Pro: arrived on time, customer service nice and friendly with responseCon: the device itself is a piece of cardboard stuck to a piece of plastic. I have not caught anything with it and am doubtful of the products efficacy.

Unable to remove double side

I followed the instructions and stuck one of them onto the bed and after a week, there wasn't a single thing trapped. Now, it's good news that I don't have bed bugs, but I'm dubious because it was simply too clean.Also, it is a plastic casing with a thin piece of card stuck to it, and supposedly tape on the inside of the plastic that sticks the bed bugs, which I can't see and can't touch, so I don't know how effective this could be. If this works I can't image it being too different from simply stick a piece of double sided sticky tape on the side of a bed frame vertically.£15.99 for 4 pieces of plastic with cardboard is a very high asking price when there are many alternative solutions. I think for the sake of cleanliness and better long-term value, I would rather get steam cleaners for the bed that just kills them rather than try to capture a few in these.Unfortunately, I'm not sure these work and the price is quite insane when you think about it.
