This product saved me! I was in the middle of a big baking project and noticed a fire in my oven. I checked, and it was my oven's heating element. I went to the standard home improvement stores and none of them carried these in stock. Luckily, I ordered this and was able to receive it the next day. Installation was easy. The one tip I'd recommend is to make sure that when you unplug the old heating element of your oven you don't let go of the cord in your oven. I did and it slipped into the back of my oven. Then, I had to take off the oven's back and feed the cord back into the inside of the unit. It wasn't hard, but added ~15 minutes I could have avoided had I just held on to the cord when unplugging the broken heating element. Also, this unit doesn't come with new screws, so be sure not to lose the old ones when removing your previous part. Great product, inexpensive, easy fix.
