I’ve been consistently impressed with this synbiotic. Bloating-irregular bowl movements-try this product!
I started this product almost two weeks ago and I have noticed more regular bowl movements, little to no constipation and my stomach is flatter-less bloating. I will continue using this product and highly recommend it if you want to work towards better stomach health.

Works Quickly
I've been taking 2 capsules a day and notice a difference pretty quickly. I feel less bloated, my stool is better, and I'm more regular. The results have been great so far.

healthy body for healthy play!
I have taken prebiotics before but I was interested to learn about how it can help with anal play and keep my system healthy. I notice the difference in my digestion and It helps with bloating too. I like the other Future Method products a lot so I like the idea of using a full system that's created by doctors.

Great probiotic!!
IDK if my body is going nuts on me because of early menopause or what but my doctor told me to start taking a probiotic and I'm a fan of Future Method so decided to try theirs. Product looks great, shipped fast, and has made a noticeable difference!!!
