You just need to get use to it. 1. Long click the power button. You will hear the actual click and the 3 LEDs would light up. 2. Short press the power button again and the massage gun starts in the first gear. Short pressing is also used for switching the gears.

Q: How to turn it on, I just can't!?

I have the same problem, I press the on button then wait as instructed and press again and nothing happens. My husband does the above and it works every time, he says am not pressing hard enough! it should not be a work out just turn the machine on.
