We bought one of these roll holders before for our first bathroom and it looks great.However, when we bought a second one for another bathroom, we were very disappointed. The holder that arrived is nothing like the one in the picture. It has an ugly black hinge with a big rivet. Similarly, the stopper at the end of the horizontal bar has rounded edges and so does the base. The whole thing looks very cheap, nothing like the item in the Amazon pictures.Regrettably, we are having to return this item and buy it from a different seller.

The product I received is a piece of rubbish. The main stand is in two pieces, not one. There is really bad welding, and when 'assembled' (one pole put on top of the other) it is ridiculously wobbly. To add insult to injury I have to pay £3.11 to return this load of useless rubbish. Not happy at all, and would not recommend this as they are selling something that is not pictured.

I ordered this from an Amazon Marketplace reseller and what I received was not a Wenco product as described. It was exactly like the images that others had posted with the big black hinge and was different dimensions to those listed. Item was returned!When I noticed that Amazon were selling this directly, I ordered it again. What arrived was packaged in a Wenko branded box and the item was better than expected. The product image shows the hinge in black plastic (although you can only see a small disk at the end of the top tube), what I received had a silver coloured hinge which gave the item a much better finish in my opinion.My advice - don't settle for anything other than the item you expect this to be and buy direct from Amazon.

I bought this, as the current standing one was obviously too complicated for the men in the house. The original one you actually had to physically take the loo roll holder bit out of the spring attachment and attach a fresh one. It also had a pole on the back for 'spares' and a magazine holder. Net result? A loo roll holder with an empty loo roll, plus the pole with loo rolls of varying degrees of thickness, trailing on the floor. PLUS car magazines, newspapers trailing... it was HELL.This is perfect. My husband hates it. I don't care :)

Je n'ai remarqué aucun point faible : il est simple à monter - ce qui compte tenu de mes capacités de bricoleur n'est pas un mince compliment- . on place face à face le pas de vis mâle et le femelle, on tourne le manche sur le socle dans le sens de rotation des aiguilles de montre et hop ! le tour est joué et, une fois monté, l' ensemble est stable et résiste parfaitement à la charge qu'il a à supporter dans son usage quotidien . Trois à quatre rouleaux de papier hygiénique peuvent, sans difficulté. prendre place sur le manche; de quoi satisfaire les diarrhéiques les plus difficiles.En clair, il offre - pour une somme modique - une solution élégante, commode et immédiate à une situation fréquente quand on est au bout du rouleau ! Inutile d'appeler à l'aide à travers la porte entrebâillée ou de taper sur la tuyauterie pour rameuter une aide rigolarde.Le remède est, là, sous nos yeux.
