One good, one not so good.
I purchased a two pack of the Nispira true hepa filter replacement for the Alen Breathesmart Flex. The first one is great; we popped it right in, fits like a glove, and unit is operating perfectly. Unfortunately the second one's side was detached, the screen unglued, and a quarter of the charcoal pellets were everywhere. Now I've used the first one, but somehow need to exchange the second.
