Excellent greenhouse for the price, tricky to assemble, pay attention to detail!
I bought this so that I could have a better place to start my seeds instead of in the window where light is variable, thus creating overly leggy stems that lack of in strength and health. While I see most reviews are negative on this unit, I'm throwing in the opposite perspective. People's complaints are justified, however, there is only an issue if you try to assemble it too fast without being exceptionally careful. Its true, the wood is very lightweight, delicate, and soft. Its made of pine and smells wonderful. Doesn't appear to have any chemical additives sprayed on which I was grateful for.The main issue with the unit is that there aren't any predrilled holes for assembling the connective bars to the wall sides, doors, backing, or top. I would NOT advise predrilling holes with a drill driver as the wood is too soft and liable to splinter/split unless you are 100% flawless while attempting it. If you've ever installed cabinets, you'd know how precise one must be when doing predrilled holes or the wood will pull the drill bit into another direction thus splintering the surface and ruining the entire unit.As you can see in my photos, it was assembled to perfection without any splintering or breaking at all. I used a normal manual screwdriver to carefully create a tiny half-sized prehole WITH the screw, then used a drill driver to finish the installing of the screws on the lightest rotation setting (gently pressing the button as opposed to full force). Because of creating a semi-pre hole manually, the screw maintains its straight arrow positioning. This is really vital to ensure your wood doesn't splinter out. Most people said you have to have two people - I did it alone by simply propping up the sides with boxes as I worked. The key is being GENTLE during every aspect of the assembly. The directions/manual are horrible and have no written directions. Just some visual diagrams that are difficult to interpret. It took me about two hours to assemble due to being overly cautious with the wood so as to not ruin it.So far, I'm loving it. Yes, its lightweight, but its heavy enough to withstand fairly high winds. Not tornado force, of course. For the space you get, it creates the perfect greenhouse environment for starting seeds or caring for other plants that require more warmth. The lid is awesome and props up smoothly. Add a few drops of oil to metal and it will work flawlessly. Voilà!

Terrible quality and doesn’t align
I should have watches the video before buying. The doors and all the pieces do not align. No matter how you try to assemble it’s poorly designed. Wood quality poor. Not worth the money.

Assembly instructions are lacking.....BUT my orchids are happy!
I decided to get this greenhouse for indoor use. I don't live in a warm environment, but I love orchids! I've kept them by my window to get the maximum (indirect) sunlight and warmth, but they weren't thriving. They all stayed alive, but rarely ever grew flower spikes or blooms. So, I looked for greenhouses on Amazon and came across this one, which was perfect in the space I have for it. Now, my orchids are growing new leaves, spikes are poking out, new roots are shooting from everywhere! It's awesome!! With 3 shelves in the greenhouse, it allows more space for more orchids!!!!Now, the bit I did have a problem with, which wasn't a big deal once I figured out a strategy, was the assembly instructions. Hoooooweeee...found out there aren't predrilled holes to screw into, except there are predrilled holes to line up the screws from the front side. Luckily, the wood is super soft. So I just lined up the wood, held on to it tightly so it wouldn't shift, pushed the screw with screwdriver in hard and slowly started until the screw caught, then it was easy...just took a little elbow grease.Besides that, the unit is very light, easy to move around and exactly what my pretty little plants needed!

A bit janky
The pre-drilled holes are in odd and inconsistent places, and it has weird screw placement, at one point requiring you to figure out how to put two almost right on top of each other. The wood is also extremely cheap quality. The final build is a little lopsided in places and requires adjusting. My doors are pretty tight when they close, and the screws wouldn’t go fully into the knobs, so I’ll be getting a different set of knobs to replace them. The screws seem to be terrible quality as well, because mine kept stripping. I would highly recommend buying your own hardware entirely. But it was a quick enough build. The plastic is pre-installed in the framed out sides and doors. So the worst of it is done. It just needs some little user upgrades to improve it: different hardware, your own screws, some sanding, wood filler, and a little creativity with how you make everything fit together. My design qualm would probably be that there isn’t a convenient way to install a grow light or two, so I’ll be experimenting with that.

Great overall
Top part is slightly ajar when closed, but I don’t mind since I put a couple small plants to keep it closed. All other parts can be self-adjusted to align properly since there are no pre-drilled holes. Great for keeping my cat from getting to any irritating or toxic plants!

assembly
the trade-off for ordering less expensive products is that assembly instructions are so limited; pictures only (and not clear enough as to be self-apparent), no instructions. As few items as there were, I still ended up disassembling and reassembling. Not all holes are pre-drilled.

Great customer service
Per the title, great customer service.Like another review, use a manual screwdriver. The wood is soft enough a drill.is over kill. Be patient and line things up.Great value for the money.
