Punishment by the punisher
I just got finished reading this punisher. I found that the writers of the punisher hits the issues out there in the world of criminals. And how it effects as all in one way or another. And the artist do the same thing. Also the way both works together.

Great read. Presents the the character in such a way that could possibly have him eventually fit in the Marvel MCU. He's a little bit different here than he's be presented in the past, but still the brutal killing machine nonethless. Continuing the story arc which began with The Punisher Volume 1: Black and White, Frank finds himself entangled in jungle warfare south of the border and has to make his way back to L.A.The story is action packed. The art is great and there's a cameo in there which reprises a character introduced in the Greg Rucka run of the Punisher. Overall, a great read and the ending leaves you clamoring for more.

Great read ! but not as good as volume 1
I throughly enjoyed reading this ! The art and story was great and the ending has got me really excited for the next issue. My only complaint the punisher himself is lacking any kind of emotion. We all know he is a killing machine (which is very clear in this comic) but he also has a very troubled past and it would be great if the author could go into some depth with that.

Pretty Good,
This was a decent Punisher story by a writer I respect. The follow up volumes lose something of the clarity of the first volume.Spoiler Alert!!!It turns out, this story is a loose origin story. It starts out with Punisher doing his vigilante thing, goes back and tells you why, introduces you to some characters you'll know from Marvel and some you'll likely only know if you read Punisher. Here's the kicker. They kill the Punisher. Twice, actually. That sucked. So did the inclusion of Falcon as Captain America. (I love Cap, but evidently I missed a few things. All in all, this is a good quick read that is moderately enjoyable. That having been said, go check out The Activity by Nathan Edmondson. Its a better way to spend money.
