Simple, effective, bit pricey for what it is
It's a nicely finished piece of bent plastic. Does exactly what you hope, good thickness, very sturdy.

'does what it says on the tin'
I wanted to house a tv box under the bridge of this shape with another box on top , this works well, just the right size!

Great for the price
This stand is great for the price. Only two things for the reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars.1) It could be a tiny bit higher (I'm quite short but even for me, it's slightly lower than preferred)2) I wish it didn't slide around so easily. It should come with some grips for the bottom of it.

Simple design
Simple design makes this unobtrusive on your desk. Bends slightly under the weight of my 27inch Dell monitor, but not enough to compromise the stability. So far.
