Great product, Unsure reasons behind bad reviews.
Not sure what the others did wrong lol, but I easily did this on my own having never done vinyl in my life. It came out 100% excellent with no bubbles at all. looks amazing -except- for the front corners, which are more of a green/grey then the black i was looking for... that's my only complaint.

I had a lot of air trapped in the tint due to the lack of extra material on the tint.
I really liked the price but the fitment was an issue. Iit had more than about 5mm of extra material on the sides, It’d be so much easier to install with no air bubbles.

they just wouldn't cooperate!
*I bought this set with the intention of only applying the front and rear side marker/ turn signals. The review is based on the attempts made to apply to those surfaces only, not to the tail lights. I really wanted these to work!I have had successful experiences with applying vinyl tinting film to several vehicles, but despite my best efforts, the film just didn't cooperate. I used my usual mixture of soapy water to keep the adhesive pliable. Even without adding any heat, the film material was very fragile and would not release any folds or creases; trying to apply even the slightest amount of heat made them shrivel like the old "Shrinky-Dinks" plastic forms from the '70's! The front turn signals should have been easy, as it is a sweeping curved surface with no sharp corners. Nope. The film just creased, then shriveled, and then tore. Trying to smooth air bubbles created more creases. It would not smooth out at all.The rear side markers were the only things I managed to apply to the car with any success, but they also were trying to crease up and not smooth out for anything! I'm very disappointed in the material, although the cut shapes of the film were very well done. I'll just by some air-release sheets of vinyl and trim it myself. These are my own experiences, and your results may vary. Best of luck

They look GREAT!
They were exactly as advertised by Subject9 & fit my 2010 Corvette Brake Lights perfectly, plus they make the car look really cool. It was my first time installing this type of product, but there were no air bubbles and I got better and quicker as the time went on, & everything was cut to size & fit correctly. I screwed up one & ripped it, which they replaced for me immediately & without a hassle or any fee/charge, which was super surprising & very nice because they were under no obligation to do that! The person who left a review and said his were professionally installed with air bubbles got ripped off by the installer (not subject9). I'm not a professional installer and mine did not have any air bubbles and it was my first tine!! The air bubbles are not the fault of the product from subect9, so I do not understand why he left a bad review because it simply is not fair. Again, they are exactly as advertised, so the people who say they are "junk or trash" maybe need to learn how to read before purchasing something in the future and then leaving an unfair review. I used a heat gun & followed the instructions exactly as written & they came out just fine & look great. You will need to take your time installing them. Possibly the people complaining did not read & follow the instructions, therefore they are not happy with the end result, which would be 100% their fault & not due to the product. If you're looking for something more expensive you can definitely find something, I found something around $100 for 4 tail light covers, but chose these instead due to the price & I was getting more than just 4 tail light covers. You get what you pay for. There's nothing wrong with these, just read the description before buying & decide how much you want to spend on tail light covers. They're called vinyl in the description (which I'm sure they are) and they seem very similar to the vinyl tint used to tint vehicle windows. Standing back a few feet I don't think you could tell the difference between these vinyl covers and the $100 replacement plastic tail lights.

Good value for the money. Would buy again.
Fitment for this product wasn't too bad, nor was it very difficult to install. I used a heat gun to help tighten up some of the edges. It doesn't look as good as some other kits, but for the money it's ok. Gave it 2 stars because in mine I had one of the tint pieces that was folded over on itself a ruined when I opened the package (they come rolled up in a tube) and they haven't responded to my requests for a replacement. If they respond and replace the piece that was damaged in packaging I will update.Update: received a replacement today in the mail and it looks great. Updated my star count as it does make the car look great.

Confused
I did not understand that these were truly tint and not just the plastic overlays for the lights and ended up just paying for a shop to do the tint over my boyfriend's lights because they said the precut tint usually didn't have as much as you really needed.
