Blitz Brass Copper Tarnish Eater Shine Cleaner Cloth - No Messy Paste or Odor - Shower Head Faucet - OEM Authentic

I have antique brass binoculars with inlaid mother of pearl that I can't clean by dipping in anything. This cloth worked really well, although it took a lot of time to get rid of all the tarnish in the smaller areas. Just had to keep buffing. Really happy with the results.

I have never used anything that made it so easy to clean brass as this product. I was so happy when I found it and used it for years.Unfathomably, the product was recently changed and certainly not for the better — definitely for the worse.The first time I used The new, reimagined cloth, I did not realize it had been reformulated. I thought I had done something wrong, threw it away, and ordered another. When the next cloth Arrived, I was very careful that I used it properly and when it didn’t work any better, I realized the cloth had been changed from a paste-like cleaner to oil.Now the cloth does not work at all. I use much more force, rub for longer, and the brass remains tarnished.Great job geniuses. I now have to, again, look for and, thru trial and mostly error, hope tofind a cleaner that works withoutonerous time and effort. I doubt I will find one ever again that works as well as this one did before the Reformulation. It took years to find this product and now it’s no more.

This works, but polishing brass is not a "quick" job. I used it on the headboard and footboard of an antique double bed.. Takes some elbow grease to remove.

It had been suggested by our designer to replace all of the original corroded brass door fixtures in our new apartment, but we determined that the cost was too high for now. Not happy that we'd have to look at these dark brown and greenish door handles and plates, we purchased this cloth and hoped that it could make some improvement. Within minutes of gently rubbing the plates with this product, the years of tarnish and neglect were dissolved leaving us with shiny, brass knobs and hardware. I will definitely order this again and recommend it to everyone I know. WOW! So much return for such a little investment!

I had 4 things to polish. 2 small sailboats a small side table about 12 inches in diameter and a wall hanging. Well the one cloth shined the boats and barely was able to do the table. It stunk to high heaven and the cloth did turn dark black with heavy scrubbing like it says. My arm and wrist hurt from having to scrub so hard. The instructions say you may need to apply multiple times however the rag is so dark and you can rinse it but then most of the polish is lost. After rinsing with water you still have to get the film off with another rag or paper towel. And even then the result, well it was splotchy. I wish I had gotten a tub of the other one with high reviews because this seems to be a one use on a couple things and thats it. Also the zip lock bag it says to store it in has paper instructions so you have to tape the instructions to the outside of the bag (since the rag is supposed to be damp while stored) if you want to know what it is or how to use it again. I am not impressed. I need a different product to finish the job.

It works! As someone who cleans a lot of old brass, I was looking for something to cut down on chemicals or fumes. This cloth is great! I found it works faster if you let the cloth sit on the item for a short amount of time before starting the rubbing process and I would also recommend wearing gloves while using. Still totally worth it!

Partially good results on wall mounted reading lamp. Some parts cleaned up nicely, others did not. Don't know if Brass Shine petered out or I did after an hour's worth of elbow grease. Had high hopes that this would be my go to solution as cannot use messy paste products on lamp.
