Upon first use, my skin is very soft and smooth (after moisturizer) but I look like I have a sunburn. Bright red. Will update with more experience with the product. Update: This stuff is amazing and I've moved it up to 5 stars! My skin is horribly dry although I use moisturizer several times per day, and I also have mild psoriasis. I use a tiny drop on one portion of my face. It turns immediately into this globular stuff. I wipe off the globs with a damp paper towel and continue. Eventually, there will be no more globs and I know I'm down to soft skin. A good rinse and I'm ready for moisturizer. My skin will be bright red for an hour or so, then normal! Actually, with only two uses, my skin is much improved in appearance. I used to use a manual scrub in the shower, but this is so much better. Much better results. I'll probably use it 2 or 3x per week. I like this product so much, I'm about to buy one of their moisturizers.

This product has a texture that feels like dead skin cells, however, once you’re done washing your face, you realize nothing has actually exfoliated off your face—that’s just the texture of the product. This made no difference for my skin and I will probably not even use the rest.
