Screw holes should be bevelled/ countersunk, so as to eliminate the possibility of any protrusion of a screw-head to impede motion. (Easily accomplished, though, at installation, with a drill and a good sharp bit. Two minutes.)

Very disappointing. Bought two of these (1000mm and 900mm) for my son to fit into his van. All the ball bearings came out of the 900mm one when trying to fit....which makes it unusable. My son has had to order/buy new one (to be delivered to same address) as he needs to fit one urgently....with no time to let me try and get things sorted with the seller.
