Had very low expectations for this product given the price and where it was being produced. Unfortunately it turned out to be even worse and I now have a very disappointed 6 year old. The first time we used it there were no issues with connecting although the speakers were crackly and microphone relatively quiet. We forgave this and plugged it in to recharge. That was the end of that. Anytime we tried to switch it back on it lit up for a second before dying. The concept of this product is great but the quality is obviously dismal!
