First time looking for a GPS tracking Device and service. Experience has been rewarding and easy. I had my Device installed today 4/10/24.Upon installation I had a few minor problems and Kevin the customer service representative was quick to help me answer all my questions. It was a easy experience, Great customer service and technical department.

This made it so much easier to use. If the tracker is on the item permanently, definitely use this.

Hassle free item and very easy to install. Never had an issue and minimal complications. Would recommend to anyone who is in the market for one of these items.

Brickhouse will not cancel your account when asked in writing and will continue to charge your bank account with no notice. So far they have ran my bank card twice for nearly 200$.

I installed this in my 5th wheel that we keep in storage I spliced about 2 feet of wire to this and added battery connectors. The battery in my GPS device was around 30% when installed. About 45 minutes later it was at 100%. This item does not have connectors on the wires, which they make obvious in their picture, so you will need to add a connector which is simple to do.

Gave it four stars on account of I haven't used this refurbished unit. However, I have one purchased from the company and I am very satisfied with it. Tracking and data are accurate, company is easy to work with and the data account is reasonably priced.
