The phone looks good and the buttons are big enough for easy use by the elderly, the phone however was not as loud as I was hoping, my mum is very hard of hearing, even with hearing aids, and was no louder than her existing BT normal landline. For someone elderly it is a good phone, unfortunately not suitable for my mum

I bought this in March 2024 for my elderly mother. The sound is dreadful, you have to press the amplifier button each time the phone is used.Obviously this telephone is faulty. All the telephone numbers, including the ones in M1 M2 and M3 keep disappearing every few weeks and have to be put in again.The answer machine only works intermittently too!I believe this cannot be returned, although why when it is obviously faulty in a few months, is beyond me!Definitely would NOT recommend!

Arrived on time, easy to set up, loud enough for hard of hearing people, great light flashes when call receiving which is great for partly sighted people as well. Large button.

Bought these for elderly parents who struggled to hear traditional phone sets. Louder ringtone are excellent but the sound on two of the three handsets is very crackly when in use. Additional handsets often say out of range, even if on their base units and these are only situated 5 to 6 meters from the main answering machine unit. The three star rating is only given as ringtone is loud, if on sound quality when on a call would be down to a 1 or a 2 at best

Phones looked good but booklet confusing.Have set up many house phones successfully but spent all day trying to add family to my contact list. Son helpedManaged to add 3 numbers but after that gave up and reconnected old phone.Relieved to return new one to Amazon as soon as possible.Bought this phone because of brilliant reviews. 😱The sound was Very disappointing.Regardless of setting no louder than my ordinary phone.

The phone is o.k, but the instruction booklet is a problem, the writing is so small and difficult to read for us “ elders”, nance the for stars for this product.
