I ordered an Instyler Brush, what I got is junk, the barrel doesn’t line up,it couldn’t rotate any slower or it would not even rotate at all, I have owned 2 other In Styler irons before and I used each one until they broke apart over years of use, I did NOT get an In Styler iron. If I had not thrown the box away it would have been returned and I would have asked for my money back. I can’t even use this piece of junk, rotation is terrible,barrel doesn’t even line up properly. All around JUNK

The roller tends to collect whatever is in the hair - hairspray, whatever and gums up on the hot roller. And, it’s impossible to clean it off. Purchased to replace older unit that finally gave up. It worked fine. Wife didn’t try new unit until after the return period expired. The old unit roller was a plastic or Teflon - the new unit roller appears to be aluminum. I guess I have lost my purchase price.

I’m very disappointed with this item. It takes several try’s to get it to turn on. Sometimes up to 5 minutes. I never know if it will turn on the first try or tenth or more. I DO NOT recommend this item

I used this curler iron three times .now it won't heat up at all I'm very disappointed

The instyler I've ordered makes rattling sounds while in use. It's very annoying. Brush stops spinning some of the time. I would like my refund back. Seller should know not to sell damaged items.

Does not work does not open and close will not roll the way it shows worthless
