As advertised these are dried red Thai chilis. Cooked up great and I dropped a handful in the hot sauce I made as well. Not as hot as fresh chilis but still good.

Packaged well. Perfect preparation. Very good heat and flavor!

Just need to dry them out a bit when you get them, but flavor is great!
