120 Hot Chocolate Recipes

I guess that if anything is true, I have learned that cooking is not easy for a person like me. I didn't learn how to cook growing up, I always was outside working with my Dad. My head under the hood of a big rig and fetching tools. My brothers hated working with him, and I was the only one that loved it. I did learn how to fend for myself with cars and almost anything else. My dad always said that it was good to be a girl, but that girl needed to know how to be self-sufficient. Well, I definitely am that, thanks to him. Oh, and he always made me wear gloves to that I would still have soft hands WITHOUT grease under the nails!!! LOL That being said I have collected cookbooks so that I can fix anything that I want. I love having the digital ones, they don't take up any space. Also having a small family now that the kids and grandkids are grown, having a cookbook is the only way to go in making smaller portions. There are many ingredients that I never knew could make hot chocolate. Maple and honey syrup for two ingredients. They even added different flavors or tea bags, peppermint tea bags which sounded pretty good. Hot chocolate with booze. Crock pot hot chocolate, white chocolate variations, and flavored whipping cream.Some of the recipes were Spicy Hot Chocolate Mocha and Red Wine Hot Chocolate. There are just so very many ways to flavor this drink and good taste is super.I received this book from a website for an honest review.

I love that all of the recipes for Cocoa are all in one place. Everything from how to make the cocoa, toppings, to all the different versions floating around out there. I can't wait to make Frozen Hot Cocoa! Yes, it is included!

I never knew there were 120 ways to make Hot Chocolate until I bought this book, but to be fair, some of the recipes are very similar to others in the book. A passing eye could easily think that there are duplicate recipes. All in all, I probably wouldn't make all 120, but there are quite a few that looked to be very nice, the thick Italian versions in particular.I would like to pose one question, however. There is a chapter devoted solely to recipes made in the Slow Cooker/Crock Pot. Who on earth would want to spend two hours making hot chocolate in the slow cooker? Normal hot chocolate isn't difficult and time consuming as it is!

Wonderful! I love anything chocolate. I could really taste these recipes as I read them. Look forward to trying them all out. Did not realize there were do many different recipes for s simple drink. Thank you got writing this book and collecting the recipes. What a treat!Joycejones@eastex

The way the ingredients are all over the place, I have a hard time believing the recipes weren't gleaned from various blogs and websites. Some recipes look as if they might be much too sweet. But the ingredients are easy to find, and there are ideas for combinations to try.

I tried at least 30 of the recipes and they were all good. I didn’t know there were so many ways to make hot chocolate l am still trying the rest of the recipes.

Delicious, creamy recipes. I can't wait to try them all! I wish this had more artwork/pictures/illustrations.

Hot Chocolate is my favourite and this book provides so many different recipes. I have picked a few of them to tried and they were very nice. Happy to try more recipes in this book .

Good as I got it for free but to be honest I wouldnt have paid for it.
