If I could give it 0 stars I would. I followed the instructions and neither of the suction cups would stick to the wall of my shower.Update: I figured out how to get it to stick to the shower wall. Updating to 4 stars as a result.

I use this to hold my bamboo back brush. So far, it has not lost suction power.

First of all I agree with the other reviewer who said that everyone complaining about the cup not staying on the wall probably didn't put it on right. It definitely sticks to the wall pretty tightly once you create the vacuum by flipping down the hook and I'm using it on a tile wall with some paint drips that I didn't specifically clean.That said, the problem I have with it is that I use it for my hand towel at chest height. Whenever I use the towel I pull it towards me which pulls the hook towards me as well and makes it flip up. So far it hasn't led to the whole thing falling down yet but I do have to either be super careful about not pulling the towel too much or push the hook down again every time I use the towel which is a bit annoying.So I'd say if you're going to use it to hang something that won't move often or you will be pulling upwards or downwards, this is a great choice. If you'll be pulling something off it vertically, maybe pick a different product.

This stays on for awhile but I find it on the floor at times. Not great suction.

These hooks are great! I was reluctant to buy them at first because the previous reviews were so mixed. Some said they worked and some said they didn’t. But I took a chance since the price was great, and I am really glad I did! Like the previous reviews said, all you need to do is read the instructions. You can’t just stick it on the wall and hope it stays. There is a specific way to put it on the wall and lock it into place. The hooks haven’t moved at all since I hung them up. And I even waited to do this review because I wanted to give it time to make sure they stayed in place for several days. Plus I take the items on and off the hooks during each shower and the hooks still don’t budge. So they can definitely be used to hang items that you use daily. Also just as an FYI, I tried them on tile and glass and both worked. I ended up putting it on the tile. But just so you know that either option would work. I highly recommend these hooks, especially for the price! As long as you install them correctly, they will absolutely stay in place!

Our shower has textured natural stone tile rather than smooth ceramic tile. These suction cup hooks do a pretty good job of holding, even to this less than ideal surface. They will fall off after a few weeks, but given the surface, I think that's more than acceptable.

Use for handicap placard in my car works great

*Update 2* I have moved since and have taken 1 with me. So far it has been on my bathroom wall for 2 months without falling. Not sure what the trick to this is but I guess it’s worth trying it out.*Update* These have fallen off the wall a few times and I’m not entirely sure why. I make sure the area and suction cups are thoroughly cleaned before application. Once they’re on, I tug on them to make sure they are secure and they always feel sturdy. But then a couple weeks go by and they fall. It’s very annoying.Original review:These hold perfectly to the wall and the hook is large enough for multiple items and long enough so that they won’t fall/slide off the hook. Loves these.
