I love these! the 1st pic shows 1 lb hamburger will fill 3 of these big pockets. For me each pocket holds about 5.7 oz.Then I put them in the freezer for about 30-45 min before they hit the grill. This keeps them firm and juices stay in so the burger isn't dry when done. If I were not going to use them right away, I would freeze til solid, then pack and store. After cooking, the burgers will fit on a regular bun. There are other kinds of silicone packets that are smaller for kids. Not only are they good for burgers but I freeze a lot of foods in them, pack and store for future meals. I freeze cooked rice, beans, spaghetti sauce, salsa, etc.Just about anything that I freeze for meals, I portion them into these silicone pockets to freeze.

I like that it limits how thin the burgers are pressed. Also, I like how it can double as a transporter if need be. My only concerns are that when I first used it, I didn't know which side to put the burgers in, and had to switch a couple. Perhaps if it was more obvious, or had instructions? Also, while I like the flexibility of the silicone, I still had to touch the burgers to get them out. My biggest concern is that they didn't come clean in the dishwasher. I top-rack washed them, but had to hand wash them to get them totally clean. I will be using them again as the positives outweigh the negatives. The burgers come out a nice even size, the press is a good transporter, and the silicone makes it easy to get the burgers out.

They are good quality material. Very thick burgers, but I have started using them for stuffed burgers and they are perfect. The meat will stick if you don't oil it first

Very easy to use, work well when frozen, they pop right out. Easy to clean and makes the right size burger.

The product is called a Burger Press which is misleading since unlike some similar products it does not have any feature resembling a press. It would be more appropriate to call it a Burger Mold (albeit very large) or better yet a Burger Storage Container. There are better products for any of these purposes.
