Awesome Fitvii smartwatch!
Love my new Fitvii smartwatch H86! Easy to use, read, track activity and monitor heart rate etc. looks good too! Bought one for my mom who is 86 yrs young for Xmas! I know she is going to love it as well! I used Fitvii.com on messenger and connected with a great lady, ‘GRACE’ who helped me with questions I had on connecting to the Fitvii App. Now I’m all synced and ready to keep track of staying fit! I recommend this product for everyone!

I bought the watch for my teenage daughter for Christmas. She loved the watch and it fit her needs perfect.We started having issues with it charging and not turning on and then it quit working all together. At this point i was out of window to return item. I contacted the company and they started working with me to make it right. They had me take a video of it charging and they sent me out a new charger to fix the problem. I received then charger within 24 hours of the email. Charger did not fix the issue, emailed back and they sent me a new watch out the next day! The customer service we received from Allisa was top notch in my opinion! All this took place in a matter of 4 days, and for them to make it right was awesome! Thanks again to Allisa for all her help!
