Missing the key
This Schlage product is good, but this seller must have received it as a return and did not check to see if it had a key included. The most concerning part of this purchase was that I notified the seller 2 days ago about the missing key and have not heard back.

Excellent lock- and not as large as some, so when you replace, you will want to measure its footprint, and possibly touch up paint if it's smaller. It is very good quality.
