A miracle remedy
These capsules are a miracle. I'm just recovering from the worst anxiety episode I've ever had. I was on the verge of losing my mind, literally. Lemon balm has saved me. It helped me from day one, for the first few days I felt quite sleepy and slept a lot, but that was welcomed.This particular brand is good but the dose is low, it says 1200 mg but that refers to the herb itself, and it's just 120 mg of lemon balm extract. From what I know, the recommended dose for anxiety is 300-600 mg of extract up to 3 times a day, so 120 mg isn't enough. But as there are 200 capsules, I just take more to get the effects.

Not vegan
I orderd this as it is advertised as vegan, it has beef gelatin in & is not vegan. Clearly needs to be sorted out & advertised correctly.
