I started taking this stuff religiously and it has really help with my digestive system greatly! we started taking gluten sensitivity and lactose intolerant pills and these seem to have to same ingredients as those so we just take these instead. great price and value!

I have definitely noticed a difference in my gut health since starting on this. I’ve been struggling on and off with constipation and IBS-like symptoms for almost 15 years - I used to be on mediation for it.For most of this year, I became underweight due to poor appetite and acid reflux, which I’m betting was caused by stress, depression, overuse of alcohol and various medications, etc. I drink tons of water and my diet is actually quite good - mostly lean meats and fish, vegetables, and low glycemic carbs. I started taking Life Extension’s “GI with Phage Technology” capsules earlier this year, and it didn’t seem to be making a big difference. But when I added this enzyme supplement to the mix, things started to rapidly improve. After almost two months of my appetite gradually improving, I’m giving at least some of the credit to this supplement. I generally trust Life Extension more than any other supplement company because they do the most thorough research, using ingredients to give their supplements the highest bioavailability possible.

My integrative MD prescribed some high potency (crazy expensive) digestive enzymes due to my nonexistent pancreatic enzyme count, gut issues, etc. I did a BUNCH of research and found this product to contain all the key enzymes I'm supposed to take at therapeutic doses and a significantly more affordable price. I take one at the beginning of all meals. If it's a heavier, harder to digest meal I'll take one at the beginning and one midway through. But for most people one should be plenty because it's so potent. Love these!

You know I am a big believer in the product I am just confused because lef has so much stuff out there for digestive enzymes im not sure what there most superior product but this one seems to do well. Is there an upgraded version of this product out? Yes I would buy again, but I am weary of how stable you can keep these products in capsule form in travel via shipment. In other words I really hope that my body is utilizing and actually absorbing the ingredients in the bottle.
