Speaking from practical experience, the vast majority of flags, especially small ornamental flags, deteriorate quickly because the right side edge of the flag shreds from the constant flapping that they endure in the wind. These flags have all 4 edges sewn to prevent the material from shredding. They hold up to high winds and inclement weather better than any others I have used. I highly recommend them!

My Dad is a veteran and wanted to do something to unite our community like the "good ol' days" when he was growing up. So we ordered several hundred flags, attached a note to each one, and planted them firmly by each neighbors mailbox. .Rigged it to fit on our electric mountain bike cargo trailers with zip ties. Just the right height so as not to interfere with rear view mirror visibility, too.

I am very satisfied with the quality of these flags and the service and speed of delivery. I use the flags in the military markers in a private cemetery. It bothers me to see the flags worn and faded so I change them out frequently. We just had a hurricane and when I went to check our family plot my Dad’s flag was still standing strong! The sticks are very strong and durable and fit perfectly in the veteran marker. I highly recommend.

These flags are excellent. They have a true straight 3/8” staff and are sewn around all for edges. Only suggestion would be to have a few more staples and have the ends tapered. I made mine pointed using a pencil sharpener. No problem

Liked sturdiness of wooden stick flag is attached to--placed on my husbands' grave marker--fabric of flag is nice cotton, not polyester like some others that don't hold up to weather.
