We love this product. I’ve been using this on my kids since they were only a couple of months old. We like how the shampoo and conditioner does not hurt their eyes and it’s a nice gentle product.

Amazing works j so well

The scent is nice. Shampoo works better than baby shampoo for an adult who requires no tear shampoo.

This "N+B tearless shampoo" can actually be used for both hair AND skin. The back of the bottle says baby wash and shampoo. That's nice to know, and I would have been even more likely to get this if I had known that. (A product that does double duty, when you've got a squirming baby, is highly appreciated.) This cleansed well. It was gentle on my baby's skin & hair, and did not strip the oils. It lathered up well, although I wouldn't call it a "rich creamy" lather as claimed. I did not care for the scent. It smells just like J&J baby powder, which is not a scent I love. It washed off my baby's skin, but it stayed baby's hair - even after it dried. For that reason, I would not get this again, although I would try a different scent from this company. It's a non-irritating, gentle product. This is the second time that I have received the product with a broken spout. These use to be good quality and snow they are not. Very upset as this is the only shampoo I can use on my daughter that she doesn’t have a reaction to.
