I thought this might help with neuropathy in my fingers. It gets hot after awhile to the point that it feels like it is burning my skin. I have used these now by wrapping them around my fingers instead of on my palm and back of my hands. They are helping quite a bit.

It works! Johnson and Johnson discontinued their back plaster years ago and I’ve been looking for a substitution. I wish this plaster was bigger but I like that I can place five patches in several place or around one area at the same time. I finally have been getting much needed temporary relief. I needed a break. This works better at night, because the patch is given time to work as well as getting a sound sleep. You wake feeling different and at the 8th hour it’s easy to remove. Thank you for fast, quick shipping and for this patch. I would like to suggest if you can make them extra large approximately 10 inches, especially for back pain sufferers.

My wife likes these patches for lower back aches. I have used them a couple of times for the same at the golf course.I think the patch is okay for what it is designed to do. It is more of a sensation that tricks your brain into thinking the pain is relieved than any actual medicinal relief but, that is what all of these type products do.These patches are really frustrating getting the patch peeled off the paper backing. Really frustrating. Like you need surgical instruments to get that paper backing off.Personally, I now go with a horse liniment product for my pains.

I teach Kung Fu and we get bumps and bruises all the time. I jammed a toe and possibly fractured it and loved how I was able to cut this into strips and tape up the toes then buddy wrap the toes around it to immobilize it. That combined with soaking in homemade Dit Da Jow and I'm feeling great 3 days later! We also use this for soreness from working out and bruising from conditioning. It may not be as strong as some liniment, balm or creme but it it stays on longer so actually has works better since it does not rub off. Its perfect for slapping on and going about your business or going to bed even without having to worry about staining your clothes, bedding or being smelly. Now the package is a little unguent due to herbs and possibly the bandage material but once it is on it is not noticeable at all and you will feel its effects within a few minutes and continue to feel it for hours.

I hurt my knee whole when running long time on the concrete recently. I usually do my cardio on eliptical machines, thanks for the lock down, the gyms are closed. The pain usually last for a couple of weeks. Last week, I found this prodect and put it on my knee, the pain went away in two days. It is incredible effective.You can cut the pad into small pieces, which makes one package last longer. Will keep using it!

It did the job was not the best and it was not the worst

Could feel relief after application on arm for extreme nerve pain. Not a hot feeling, but the herbs are working.No pungent smell, so wearing patches during day is easier. Have already ordered more.Would use in combination or alternate with hot patches.

They are ok but lack intensity to tackle real pain.
