Q: What is the minimum height? I am only looking to raise the monitor 2 inches.

it appears the smallest amount would be 1 and 1/2 inches the next height would be 3 inches and the highest is 4 inches with about 3 a 3/4 inch clearance underneath the stand to store things.

Q: What are the mesurements of this stand?

Width: 11 13/16", depth: 9 7/16", height: 1 5/8" (no leg extensions) or 3 1/8" (1 leg extension) or 4 5/8" (2 leg extensions). The top is 5/8" thick so the amount of space under the stand is 1" or 2 1/2" or 4".

Q: would this support a 47 in slim flat screen tv? just looking to boost it a bit so my soundbar doesnt block remote signal

I think it will support a big monitor. I have a 23 monitor sitting on mine, and it is very stable. Consider the dimensions of the top, also, 9.5 x 12 inches. The top is one piece of presswood with a nice grey coating on it.

Q: Would I be able to stack multiple stands on top of each other in a stable way?

You can adjust the height of one stand by adding the provided riser attachments. But you are thinking of joining two different riser stands the answer is NO!
