Routers were easy to set up all by myself and work great. Using them with high speed fiber network

Simple enough to set up, the phone app is good, but failed after 8 months in service.Intermittent connections, no notification in the app, light stays solid green, but devices drop for no reason...relentlessly every 15 minutes, disconnected, reconnected, over and over again. Firmware always updated, power cycled too, Deco just gave up and was no longer reliable.The app is really good, and if you see "We couldn't find Deco" you perhaps had the same problem with me...but thinking its your cable internet provider, or your router, or your devices.... then you switch out your Deco and in 2 minutes you realize it was the Deco itself that failed.

We had this Deco about one month when it stopped working, no Internet. The customer service rep, Bryan Boroy was helpful and polite. It did take 40 minutes to troubleshoot and fix the problem though. Had to do an entire new set up and change the IP address. I sure hope this doesn't happen again. I would not have been able to figure it out myself.
