I found Jess store over 2 years go. When I first started making candles. After buying cheap options from other sellers. I never looked back. Her customer service is great. My package one time was lost she went out of her way to make sure my package got on time for a big launch. These wicks are very good quality. I never have to worry about the wicks disconnecting from the base. As a candle maker this is super annoying when this happens. Never once with these wicks. They burn beautifully and the soot is barely non existent. I do wish I can buy these in larger bulks on Amazon.

I tested an ungodly amount of wicks before finding one that didn’t drown or tunnel in my American soy wax candles with 6% fragrance and dark color using dry dye. These work every time! I added details in case anybody also ruining lots of expensive candles needed to hear these words, lol. Jess Mae is a great retailer, she always ships out promptly and I’m happy to support a woman-vet.

I understand that this is not the manufacturer’s fault, but the fault of unscrupulous buyers, so I reduced only one star, but still the manufacturer should have sorted it out. I ordered two bags of 50 pieces (as the delivery time was earlier than if I ordered 100 pieces). One package arrived full, 50 pieces, the second package was half empty - 25 pieces. and these 25 pieces were thicker than what I ordered (I think there were 105 wicks instead of 104). I think someone bought it and returned it, slipping in other wicks (or the manufacturer himself made a mistake when packaging the bags). It would be bad if I didn't notice and made candles with different wicks

I have purchased these six twice now. I purchased them to use with my organic soy wax candles that I add scent to. The six size, material, & quality work the best so far and keep the candles from tunneling in the jar. Very pleased with this seller, items arrive quickly and packaged well.
