A frank review from a non-coffee drinker.Bottom line up front: This stuff is great!I've been an Amazon user since 2008, and I'm 99.94% sure this is the first product review I've ever written. I'm 1/2 way finished with the very first cup, and I'm loving it... I'm not sure if it's inspiration or caffeination that motivated me to write this review, but whatever magic they put in those tiny cups - it works!I'm not a coffee drinker. Yup, I'm that guy. A member of the 1% of the world that doesn't imbibe the bean. But I work in a mind-hive collective of coffee obsessed data dorks, and darnit... I wanna be part of the coffee klatch too.So I did what any rational person would do, I popped onto Amazon to find a caffeinated coffee substitute, and by golly this is it.Full Disclosure: This isn't coffee, so don't expect it to be.Fact: It's better...These magical cups brew a piping hot concoction of rich, thick, choclately, caffeinated yumminess. For best results, I recommend going with an 8oz pour in a snarky cup. Personally, I use a cup that looks like a camera lens. But you do you…TLDR: The beverage is amazing and delicious and worth every penny. The shipping and packaging sucks however (see attached photo). But hey, I didn't buy it for the cool collectors box it came in. Buy now, and enjoy.

So I got my caramel delight cappuccino pods in the mail, super excited to try it since this brands coffee Tastes amazing. Pop it in my keurig 155 and the pods almost ruined my $400 keurig. Something about the powder in these they get clogged up and started back flowing back inside the machine until the machine senses too much pressure and quits. In doing so the next time you try to brew something it doesn’t work at all until you unplug the machine drain the line and plug it back in.However, I just cut the top and poured the powder in a cup and brewed straight water and they taste amazing.

These pods leave you wishing you'd made your own hot chocolate. Very weak tasting. In addition, the package arrived damaged. The box containing the pods had been tossed inside an envelope and mailed. Two pods were broken and had spilled all over the other pods, which meant they all needed to be washed. Wouldn't buy again.

I realized recently that most of the hot chocolate powders that I had grown up with were practically caffeine free, despite the presence of caffeine in hot cocoa made from scratch. I sought out this product on the internet, which has quite a bit more caffeine than natural cocoa (in fact, about the same as a cup of hot coffee). It tastes great, and is not watery like the hot chocolate made from common powders that you find at the grocery store. In other words, you can drink it straight and be delighted, but I like to brew a 6 or 8 oz. volume in a 10 oz. cup and top with milk or cream. As I do not drink coffee, it is nice to have two hot beverages (tea and cocoa), which I like in terms of flavor, and which can give me a "kick" when I need it.The transaction was painless. I ordered in seconds online and received the product, as advertised, just a few days later. I would use this seller again and certainly order this product again.

have ordered crazy cups about 8 separate times and several different flavors. I have never had any issue with a “blow out” or grounds in my coffee. I have only drank it hot but they have all been amazing. My daughter is a caramel and Carmel macchiato nut. She loves these!To give a balanced review: the tops are a little tougher than some other k-cups I have used but this has never caused an issue. The boxes have come damaged several times. The sides are crushed in because whoever packs them (Amazon?) sometimes puts them in a bag mailer. So of course they are going to get smashed. Never bothered the actual product but if you were thinking about a gift I would take that into consideration.I had to share the love because when I looked at the reviews there were quite a few negative reviews. Bottom line- I have never had a bad experience with these and would recommend to anyone.
