I ordered these on the recommendation of a friend and am very happy with the product. The taste is really yummy, a relatively subtle matcha, similar to drinking an ice green tea. While these won't give you a caffeine boost like a morning cup of coffee, I find them very useful for the mid-afternoon slump. Only complaint (which is minor) is that it's sometimes hard to mix in the product with the powder pooling at the bottom. Would still highly recommend!

Chronic fatigue may be a challenge at times so adding a small shot of expression some days would help for those mornings that I didn’t get a good nights sleep. However I did have many days where I need ZERO expresso and the matcha was enough. It became a daily habit but soothing and energizing. Wish I could get more for the same price.

• Ingredients • I loved this list of ingredients, which is what really made me interested in it. The list is super short and super pure – organic coconut water, organic Matcha, Himalayan salt, Organic vanilla, Monk fruit extract. No preservatives or gross artificial sweeteners.• Taste • The only bad part about this (if you don’t add anything). I was not expecting the taste. It is bitter, which I expected as it’s unsweetened Matcha- which is great. But why is it so salty?? The saltiness with the bitterness was so strong and unexpected. Next time I will mix it with milk and some kind of sweetener because with plain water it was not pleasant at all.• Energy • I did get a nice boost of energy after drinking this to perk me up in the afternoon when I was dragging. I have cut out most caffeine since coffee makes me very jittery and this did not cause any jitters, a big plus for me.Overall I love the simple, organic, and pure ingredients list that leaves out all the junk. I would recommend drinking this mixed with something more than the suggested water however. But it does seem to work great for energy 👍Hope this helps! 🌼

Drinking one of these after lunch keeps me focused throughout the rest of the day and I feel great knowing I’m getting extra electrolytes and minimal sweetener. Buying another pack!

The general approach I take to these sorts of things is that they're meant to be flavor enhancers for water, albeit with some vitamins and minerals you may not get from Crystal Light or those little squirt bottles, but again, primarily a flavor enhancer. For me, the taste here was simply not great - while I have had matcha many times, it is good on its own as a tea, not when diluted in a bottle of water. To me, this had almost a vegetal taste of sorts, and I could only take a few sips. Some other Cure flavors I've had were not bad, but this was not one of my favorites.
