There are several things I love about this case and only one thing I’m not a fan of! The one thing is that you have to screw the case together and that’s honestly not that big a deal for me. Otherwise the case is made well and absolutely protects my phone. Some may not like they it makes the phone heavier but I like that actually! The screen cover has excellent tactile response. Some of the plastic cases are hit or miss at best! This is my third such case but I only replace them when they start to look a little scratched, the case only of course! The phone is stays immaculate! But that’s just me.

Great phone case, I forgot and left it on the hood of my truck and it bounced across two and a half lanes on the highway and I didn’t have any damage to my phone!

Well this phone case surely does that, a very good first impression out the box. I was hesitant to buy it as there were some negative reviews on it but I'm glad I went ahead with the purchase. First off, yes, it is a bit bulky and heavy but that is a part of the appeal. It's solid! I surely did not notice and issue with reception. I am charging it on a wireless pad so no issues there. I haven't tested speakerphone yet for a conversation so not sure about that. I can see that the paint will eventually start to chip off at some point but can't say for sure. Someone complained about having to deal with the six screws... it literally took 3 minutes and was part of the excitement in assembling the case. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and the price is decent. Might buy a second one as a backup in case this one does break.

The case is excellent built extremely well protects phone great. I dropped it many times no problems. I couldn’t figure out why I had no cell reception, even reached out to my provider. I took the case off realized it was a mini faraday cage. There’s no way around that, it is what it is. 5G is a short fast frequency, it has a hard time getting through walls let alone a metal box. Not the cases fault, an oversight on my end.

I've bought this case for every iPhone I've owned dating back to the iPhone8. The case itself is a TANK and has saved my phone (and my wallet) on more than one occasion. (Onetime being when I left the phone in the back of my SUV and accidentally slammed the trunk on it not once... but twice... and besides some chips taken out of the case itself no damage whatsoever to the phone). Some comments based on my experience: 1) The case does not impede any of the phone's functionality. I've seen some comments on here that it caused some issues with the touch screen and/or buttons on the side but I have not encountered this at all. The only issue I did have was I tried to keep the screen protector on that I bought with the phone (double the protection... right?) but only then did the touch screen not work. Once I removed it the issue corrected itself. 2) I've read some people have experienced issues of the case not working with cordless charges. Although I have not experienced this (not working at all) I have noticed that if the phone isn't placed in a exact location on the cordless charger pad it will not work. But that was more of a trial and error situation and now that I know where to place it have no issues. 3) As I stated in the beginning the case is a TANK and you can definitely feel some weight behind it. Don't get me wrong.... you're not going to be doing biceps curls every time you use it but it's definitely heavier than any other case out there. (Following comments are based on my personal experience with the case over several years) 1) As time goes on and the more wear and tear you put the phone through the paint on the case will start to pull in certain spots. 2) If you take a hot shower and bring the phone in the bathroom with you (not literally in the shower but leave it on the bathroom sink while taking a shower) the steam from the shower will create what I call "moisture pockets" under the protective screen. Now this in NO WAY damages the phone but until you take the protective screen off and wipe it down this section is unresponsive to the touchpad. 3) The phone will come with two allen wrenches to secure the front and back pieces together. Once you put the case together take those two allen wrenches and put them is a safe spot in your home because they are a pain in the butt to replace. Anyway... that's it... I hope this helped.

First impressions: Very good protection for my iPhone. Case adds a little weight to it but it’s well protected UPDATE: people couldn’t hear me when I was on speakerphone and FaceTime. I had to take my phone out of the case and the people I was talking to said they heard me better. Also they said my audio was cutting out and in. Not sure if the metal case had issues with my phones antenna Considering returning this item
