Whitening Toothpaste with Activated Charcoal for Teeth and Gums (Refreshing Spearmint) - Safe on Enamel, Detoxifying, Plant-based and Cruelty Free

I've been using activated charcoal and a couple of drops of peppermint oil for teeth whitening for some time, it can be a touch messy and you definitely have to floss quite a bit to get all the charcoal from between your teeth. When I saw this product I thought it might be a bit less messy and perhaps leave less charcoal behind. It is definitely less messy than mixing it myself and it leaves a little less between my teeth than the other option but not as much as I had hoped. It does the job tho. Overall if you don't want to deal with the mess this is a definite option tho the messier option is cheaper. Both do the same job.

I really enjoy using the paste instead of the powder. It probably is more expensive, but the paste gives my mouth a fresher, cooler ending. And my teeth are kept as clean and as white as they could ever be! I started using charcoal toothpaste because Sensodyne was just not helping alleviate the problems with my sensitive gums. The charcoal toothpaste has been far more successful; and this paste is nice to use, too.

Seemed to be working great for awhile, I was one of those people who didn't quite take care of their teeth that great until now and I am 24, I seen great reviews and no issues. I am now noticing that parts of my teeth, mainly the front is starting to stain black... Seen no amazing whitening or anything else, also made my teeth more sensitive.

Loooooved this and recommended it to everyone I know. Instantly whitened my teeth, I used it for about three days in a row when I first got it and then use it now for touch up whitening maybe once every 1-2 weeks. No pain with whitening, no sensitivity, super fast and easy. Great taste. Highly recommend!

Wouldn’t say it made a huge difference but it definitely has kept some of the yellowing and plaque at bay. To clarify, in my experience, it didn’t purify anything, just prevented my frequent coffee cravings from yellowing my teeth. Made a subtle improvement but my bottom teeth are still not on the same level. The taste is ok. Not as minty as I’d like but it makes me use another toothpaste to get that minty taste thereby creating a more efficient cleaning process. Overall, not a regrettable purchase.

I bought this product because I had tried out another charcoal toothpaste, but it wa too foamy for my taste. This one seemed to made out of more natural ingredients, so I wanted to try it. Upon using it for the first time I noticed the texture was very runny. The flavor was also very earthy, kind of reminded me of the taste of beets. I am used to using natural toothpastes so I didn't expect a crazy minty and fresh flavor, or even the normal toothpaste texture. After a week or so of using (I think it was less) I developed a rash on my lips. It was not very visible but it felt as though I had grainy, sandy, lips. I used chapstick and thought I must have a lot of dead skin on my lips because of the way they felt. I scrubbed and eventually decided after about 2 weeks that I should see if the toothpaste was the issue. It was. My younger sister who was also using my toothpaste developed the same weird grainy rash on her lips. I am not sure what it was in the toothpaste that caused this, but I won't be using it again.

I wasn't quite sure about this product but, after I tried it I am a believer! It's been about a week of regular use and I do see a difference in my teeth color. They are much whiter and I will definitely keep using it. As a busy working Mom of two this is about as much of a commitment I can make.

Scary smile while brushing, but this stuff seems to work. Left my teeth noticeably brighter, possibly even a shade whiter after only one use.Careful when spitting the stuff out- leaves black toothpaste everywhere in a white sink, but totally worth it.Not sure this is pro-enamel...but dentist was ok with me using it once a day as long as I used “enamel safe” toothpaste the other times I brush.
