I've tried almost every trendy, HEALTH, food store, and MLM probiotic/prebiotic gut health supplement I could get my hands on for the last 15 years. I'm vegan and that is a diet that is known to cause bloating as well. Many of the products I tried did not help with bloating. Some of them hurt my stomach more. Ora has been one of my favorites in a long time. And has finally helped me not be bloated. No stomach cramps. This is a quality vegan product. That does what it promises. Will re-order doesn't have a weird taste. I take it with other supplements without issues so it has mixability and good value for my money. Effective for bloating.

I took the enzymes religiously for three weeks and I didn’t notice a difference. I also bought another product from Ora because it came highly recommended from a colleague. That too, didn’t make an impact. Not a fan.
