Good Flavor
We love this with Asparagus. Often have it with fish. Gives it a good flavor. Have been using for years. So much easier than making my own,

No flavor!
Ate two teaspoons and tossed it. No flavor, bland, would not recommend. If I could give it a minus ten I would.

WAY SMALLER than expected
I just got this delivered today, so I can't vouch for it's flavor/taste. I can, however, voucher for the fact that it is a VERY small jar of sauce & even if it is incredibly delicious, the cost is NOT WORTH the amount of product you receive. I was really looking forward to the sauce, but instead I feel foolish for spending so much & getting so little

Sort of Hollandaise
Flavor does resemble Hollandaise, but I would not mistake if for actual Hollandaise. Reproducing Hollandaise in a jar is lot to ask. Would be nice to have preparation instructions. Maybe heating would make it more realistic.

Tastes awful,
Trastes awful. Nothing like fresh hollandise, leaves an aftertaste similar to lard. Waste of money, please refund ASAP.
