I had ordered a 12 pack of 2 ounce the cetaphil lotion and cetaphil soap to be used in gift bags for a group. When they arrived the lotion product was delivered as expected but the box only contained one tiny bottle of the soap. I figured at the time that I messed up when ordering and didn't think much about it. Looking back at my order history some weeks later I see that I did order the multi pack and paid $35 for one tiny 2 ounce bottle of face soap. it is too late to return the order so I give it a one star review instead. lesson learned.

I would give it a 0 if I could I have purchased this Item three times the last one was by accident. The first time I received 12 bottles the second time only 1. This last time was by accident and I only received 1 out of 12 again for $38.
