“I have oily skin..How effective is product when it comes to oil and shine control throughout the day?”

So do I. I was hoping this product would keep the oil at bay all day as some people said it would in their reviews, but I was disappointed. I was blotting within an hour. It helps a little, but not like people said it would. It also makes your face really white so use it sparingly!

What is the difference between the Sebum soak pact and the Sebum soak powder?

The sebrum pact is in a compact and pressed. Easier to use from your purse. The soak powder is loose. Both have a puff. So basically you get to decide what’s easier or better for you.

The pact i received was not sealed - both the box and the pact itself. is this usually like this? if not, i think i received a returned item.
