I have been using this product for years now and it really works great.

I have been using minoxidil to prevent hair loss since ~2014. Since that time I have seen some changes to my hairline but they have always been minor and gradual. After about two months of using nanoxidil I started to notice a lot of hair loss both in the shower and while applying styling product. Some days my hands would be completely coated in hair. I could also clearly see the changes both at my crown and forehead.I have since switched back to minoxidil 2% which has always worked well for me (5% caused too much flaking on my face). The hair shedding stopped almost immediately and my hair is filling back in. I would not recommend this product for someone who has been taking minoxidil.

The first time I used it, I felt it did grow some hair. This time it improved the quality of my hair but did not grow any new hair.

Don't see any improvement on hair growth. But maybe improved some problems with skin on my head and smells good
