Can front pockets each hold a 250ml soft flask? I can only fit one in the left pocket, the other won’t cooperate.

The one pocket is deep enough. The other has the zipper so it won’t hold a second bottle. I do love mine as there is significant storage and the bladder is a good size.

Is this machine washable?

I have never had to wash mine yet, but I am sure it could be washed on delicate. I have had for 2 years and it has worked for me for many, many runs. I have done a 50k with it without issues. I have added a bungee string on the loops in the back to put jackets in for longer runs. Love it.

what chest sizes will this fit, and length of straps from shoulder to waist?

I am a 34b and wearing it almost as tight as it goes. Lots of strap left for someone bigger

Does it come with the hydration pack or is that sold separately?

There is no hydration bag included with this vest.
