Used item over priced
Bought this for a son out of state that needed a simple phone. And wasn’t in a situation to be able to go to the store and buy his own Got this because it seemed to fit the bill and Amazon would ship it directly to him it wouldn’t charge when he got it. Had to buy a new battery for it. Called AT&T to set up the SIM card included. The SIM card in it was attached to another phone number so I had to buy a new SIM card Ended up costing me too much for what it is. Should have bought directly from AT&T. Or gone to a store and bought a new phone and then shipped it myself.

Phone cannot be unlocked and is not available for service. It is a decorative item only.
We purchased this for a kid for safety reasons. Didn't want a full phone. This one is not capable of being unlocked and so is totally useless. You can't get service for it. Lost a lot of time pursuing this with AT&T over the phone, online, in person. No avail. The company did not respond and would not allow a return.
